The purpose of experimental R&D is focused on radical
innovation and rapid development, for example designing new products
which do not yet exist or designing products which overcome current
technological barriers in a relatively short amount of time.
This will provide the frame work as the project evolves through each phase with ultimately reaching the final completed product.
